The Power of Support

Support in our endeavors is vitally important and helps us all become successful individuals. Surrounding one's self with positive thinkers is also supportive. I'm a lifetime member of weight watchers and support in weight loss is not the only way we need positive people around us. I hear about writers whose husbands are not supportive putting down their dreams or spouting negative thoughts. We encourage our children to try new things and to challenge themselves. We push them to set goals and be happy with what they choose to do in life. I know I could not have lost weight or become a successful writer without the positive support and help from my wonderful husband and fantastic children.

Who supports you? Who is willing to go the extra mile if need be to see that you have time to write and pursue your dreams whatever they may be?

One and one half days to the big R and the beginning of the rest of my life! Whoo hoo!

  2. Congratulations on your retirement. You are so fortunate to have a loving and supportive family.

Sometimes I think the creative spirit can be fragile and needs nurturing. The texts we create are so important for legacy building-- for ourselves and our families. Thank you.
