This is the Rogue's Angels weekly check-in. Every Thursday we encourage the Angels and visitors to let us know how their writing is going.
How well are you doing?
Had problems this week? That's ok. Just sit down this coming week and write. Whatever you do, don't let difficulties from the week before get in your way this week.
Every word is one word closer to the finished product.
Had a great week? Keep it up, the momentum is on your side.
This past week was more of the same as the week before! An exciting mix of preparing for the re-issue of my Rock and Romance series with new titles and new covers under my new pseudonym, as well as continued editing for my LEGACY series that will begin releasing in March 2012. And, of course, promotion for these projects.
ReplyDeleteMore of the same coming up this week, including finishing my new Web site and a blog (with contest) dedicated to the Rock and Romance series.
Hope everyone else had a productive week too!

Seems I'm always coming up with an excuse NOT to write... however, I did do a couple pages on Joker's Wild this week between editing a new fantasy/sci fi that will soon be released and having a very reflective time since the loss of a good friend to cancer. She really is an angel now.
ReplyDeleteWill be trying to wrap my head around the important things in the future.
Sable Angel
Hey, Sable! A couple pages is still forward progress!
ReplyDelete(((HUGS))) on the physical loss of your friend.

Hey Genene :) My week gets broken up by the day job, but I finished the next to the last round of revisions on the first dragon book, indie published a short story prequel, A GIRL NAMED JANE (I guess that was really last week. My how time flies when you're having fun ), and checked the format on my next contemporary romance, so I can begin revisions tomorrow :D
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new endeavors :D
Wow, Su! You are doing great things while still working a "day job"! This is an exciting time for authors with a new freedom to write quality stories and many choices on how to share our work with readers. So glad you're doing that!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for the congrats! I love getting my work out in the public eye again, but it does take time to adjust to a new "routine"--not that anything settles into a routine any more. :)
Glad you took the time to stop by and comment!
