Do you have the hint of the blarney in you? I have a lot of Irish genes. My father is half Irish and my mother is pretty much all Irish, Scottish, English. I love this heritage and embrace most of what is Irish. Having both the protestant and the catholic sides in my genealogy, I abhor the fighting that took place over the religious disagreements. The history of the Irish is fascinating and the beauty of Ireland is undeniable. Ireland is on my list of places to visit.

Not sure how much actual Irish there is in my heritage, but definitely Scottish. If I was a traveling kind of person, Ireland would definitely be near the top of my list. Pictures I've seen are certainly beautiful.
