HANNA’S INN CUSTOMER SURVERY
Customer Name:
Cole Savitt
Where are you joining us from?
Huntsville, Alabama
Room:
The Bay-View Suite
The staff is interested in how satisfied you were with your experience at Hanna’s Inn! On a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest), how would you rate your overall stay?
10. Definitely a 10.
How would you rate the area – the town of Fairhope and the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay?
Unbelievable. It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The town, the people, really make a man want to settle down and start his life over. A miracle, considering how my life’s been up to this point….
Did the staff make you feel welcome during your stay?
Oh, absolutely. More welcome than anybody else, I should say. *ahem*
Did the staff serve you quickly and efficiently?
I don’t know about quickly…. Slowly and efficiently was more like it. I enjoyed it immensely ;)
Did the suite enable you to get a good night’s rest?
The suite was restful and relaxing. However, on most nights I had difficulty sleeping due to personal issues. Like the fact that my ex-wife is trying to blackmail me…and I can’t seem to get the innkeeper’s face out of my head. The innkeeper was kind enough to wake me up once when I was having bad dreams and then make sure that I was all right. Once she even spent a rainy afternoon with me in the bed. There wasn’t much resting then either, but I’m more than all right with this, LOL
How would you rate the comfort of your suite?
Very comfortable. Not at all what I was expecting, in a good way. Great view of the shore and the gardens. The sheets were excellent. I like that there was room for two in the bed. No, I’m kidding. Maybe.
What was your favorite part of staying at Hanna’s Inn?
Kissing the innkeeper. In the kitchen, on the boat dock, the sun porch, in the laundry room...my bed…. This counts, right?
How would you rate the food at Hanna’s Inn?
Best I’ve ever had. No, really. The innkeeper is a culinary goddess. The inn coffee in particular is amazing – the perfect start to any man’s day. If, of course, that man is me and I also wake up with the innkeeper in my arms.
How likely will you be to stay at Hanna’s Inn again rather than another bed-and-breakfast?
Oh, I would say very likely. I’d like to stay forever, actually. If you’ll have me :-)

RT BOOK REVIEWS gives A Place With Briar 4 Stars!
“There’s something you need to know….”
Cole’s lips curved as he turned back to the bike. “I know.”
“You do?” Briar asked, sounding astounded.
“You’ve never ridden a bike before.”
“Is it that obvious?” she asked, rubbing her palms on her jeans.
“A little,” he said wryly. “Just lean with me into the turns. And hold on.”
Hell, if he didn’t coax her on now, she’d probably run for her life. And while that might have been better for the both of them under the circumstances, he found himself jerking his thumb behind him, motioning for her to get on.
After a brief pause, Briar dropped down her visor and stepped to the bike. Gripping his offered hand for balance, she climbed on behind him and placed her feet on the small passenger pegs.
Just this once, he was going to give Briar Browning the ride of her life. God help them both.

ReplyDeleteIlona, hi! Cole wasn't an easy interviewee, believe it or not. I just couldn't make him sit down and answer my intrusive questions, lol. So I worked around it and thought what would he say on a customer satisfaction for the heroine's inn? It was a lot of fun to put together :-)
