It's Check In and Share Day at the Rogue's Angels blog.

Pacific City, Oregon

It's Check In Day.

Time to pay the piper! How did you do? How much did you write? Did words explode on your WIP?

This is the Rogue's Angels weekly check-in. Every Thursday we encourage the Angels and visitors to let us know how their writing is going.

How well are you doing?

Had problems this week? That's ok. Just sit down this coming week and write. Whatever you do, don't let difficulties from the week before get in your way this week.

Every word is one word closer to the finished product.

Sweet Talkin' Sugar has been sent to my editor.

My new WIP has a title and few plot elements but no excerpt to share. Oh, yeah, I think it's title will be Twelve Days of Love.

How was your week?

Please feel free to share, seven words, seven sentences or seven paragraphs in the comment section.

  1. Edana was tired and dispirited, it was late and very dark outside. She'd done the book-keeping and ordered the stock. She wasn't happy. Her tactics with Andrew had been a dismal failure and the Lady wasn't communicating with her. She took one last desultory look around the shop and headed for the door. It was flung open and a man came in. Dressed in black, he wore a hood and his head was lowered. Aggression emanated from him in waves. Edana was very afraid, but she wouldn't let him see it. She stood her ground, and in a steadier voice than she expected she said,
"I'm sorry. we're closed. Can you come back tomorrow?"
