Join The Weekly Check In.

Source: google.com via Chris on Pinterest

This is the Rogue's Angels weekly check-in. Every Thursday we encourage the Angels and visitors to let us know how their writing is going.

I had a great week. I've been able to write blogs for my Virtual Book Tour beginning November 28th. And I have also worked on the April Fools Anthology.

How well are you doing?

Had problems this week? That's ok. Just sit down this coming week and write. Whatever you do, don't let difficulties from the week before get in your way this week.

Every word is one word closer to the finished product.

Had a great week? Keep it up, the momentum is on your side.

  1. Allana, great job on writing the blogs for your upcoming tour, as well as working on the anthology! Sounds you got a lot accomplished!

My past week was about the same as several previous weeks: promotion and editing book #3 of my LEGACY series. Though several other things have cut into my time for both promoting and writing. I look for more promotion and editing this next coming week. It's forward progress, I keep telling myself!

  2. Congrats to all, This is K.J. Dahlen.
My week has been a busy one. I decided to see if I could do Nano this year and so far it's going very well, I've got almost 24,000 words already.
My book this year is titled, A Murder in Her Past... When an article about a brutal murder brings back what India thinks is a bad memory of her childhood she realizes the memory is real. She and another friend did witness a brutal murder fifteen years ago and the murders haven't stopped. Can she help police find the killer before he finds her? She has the one piece of evidence the police need to finally close the case, she knows it and so doesa the killer.
    Wish me luck!

  3. G'luck KJ! Your mysteries are always sure to intrigue <3

Mindy writing as Solstice here, attempting 'nano', which for me means, 'start a novel, get sidetracked, be lucky to have it done by January'.

It's basically about the same cal I always write about--people who screw who they don't love because they can't screw who they do love, revolutions, class wars, torture, death, and drinking. It'll be a nice change of pace to get into a novel-length story again; these past few months I've been selling flash fiction to magazines for pocket change XD

  4. Hi all! McKinzie S. Heart here. Sounds great Kim! I look forward to reading it. I've been busy as well. Besides work and school, Elemental Seduction - The Dance has been published at Silver Publishing. It's part of the Earth, Wind, Fire & Water spirit anthology. It's a paranormal erotic romance. The second one is in edit. Working on several books at once :) You can find my ebook on amazon too. Can't wait for Soul Mate to come out with Rogue Phoenix Press!

  5. Great to hear all the wonderful books in the making! I'm always amazed at how much progress some people make during NaNoWriMo. I've dubbed my month NaNoProMo because I'm doing promotion (and editing), rather than a draft of a book.

I hope you all keep us up to date on your progress!

  6. Hi all. Sounds like a busy writing week/month for everyone. I learned a valuable lesson this week, one I should have already known. Back up your hard drive and your writing. You never know when your computer is going to quit working.
Hope you have a good week.
