Before I was retired, I think this fit me. The weekend went too fast and the week too slow. And I, for the most part, liked my job. While all the days seemed to run together, I don't feel this craziness on Monday morning any longer.
This post is about your week. How did it go? What craziness happened?
I for one did not have enough time to finish everything on my list. I was supposed to reread Highland Magic and have it completed by Sunday night. That didn't happen. Now I'm just hoping to have all the ye's and ye're's taken out and replaced with you and you're. Except of course where the very Scottish word gave the paragraph flavor. As my first editor, Kate Duffy, told me, "you should only use flavor where there is excitement or with certain secondary characters. Maybe I will have this completed by Thanksgiving. I had hoped to advertise everyday. That didn't happen either because the OSU football game took precedence. Go BEAVS. Eeekkk they are on now.
Gotta Go!!! Well, I wrote this on Saturday. oops--red face.
Just the "usual" craziness at my house, Allana! Like you, my schedule is flexible since I "retired." But not having a crazy Monday means I didn't have a wild weekend either. :)
