This is a crazy time here in the
Indra house. The elves are frantically finishing Christmas presents and
decorating the house.
One of my favorite gifts I received
as a child was a red and white flannel nightgown my mother made for me one
Christmas. I enjoy continuing the tradition of making gifts for my loved ones.
Yesterday, we celebrated my mom’s
90th birthday, a milestone to say the least. I will be forever grateful that mom shared
her love of reading with me. Reading was always a challenge for me as a child so
I seldom read for pleasure. Little did I
know the day she gave me a Harlequin to read would change my life forever. Now
I can’t image my life without reading.
Happy Holidays to all of you.
Love the photo! So nice you have many cherished memories of the holidays!
